MAPPING WORLDS PT 2

Mapping has a number of applications—from geographies, to experiences, to data, tracing migrations, narratives of displacement, and movement of people. Map makers also hold power as the visualization of borders, spaces, and structures--real or imagined--influence one’s understanding of the world. How can we use mapping as a tool of empowerment? What application of mapping are you utilizing to explore the world around you? How do we map worlds? What are the implications of mapping?

Reception on 10/5
