SPACEUS PRIVACY POLICY

Spaceus strives to create a diverse and harmonious community of members, guests, and neighbors. In light of this mission, we collect some personal information about you.

This section will let you know how we collect information, what information we store, and what we do with this data.  Any capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the definition assigned to them in our Terms of Service.

By accessing the Spaceus website (“Site”) and/or using the Services in any way, including as a website visitor who is not a member of Spaceus, you agree to be bound by this policy .If you are using the Site and/or Services on behalf of an organization, company, or another legal entity, “you” shall refer to both you and the entity.

The Privacy Policy may, at our sole discretion, be revised and updated in writing by us. The date of the last modification is posted at the top of the Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to the Agreement, we may notify you by sending an email to the last email address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes at the Premises.

You agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically to ensure that you are familiar with the most recent version. Any such changes are effective immediately and apply to If the changes are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your membership. By continuing to use your membership after changes are made, you are agreeing to the changes.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: (1) information you voluntarily disclose to us and (2) information that we automatically collect.

Information that you voluntarily disclose to us

Membership information: There is a range of information that we collect that you provide directly to us for the purposes of membership. This includes your name, email address, and phone number. For the purposes of billing, we store information about your payment and billing information until you terminate your membership. We also collect information about who to contact in case of emergency. We will never intentionally distribute or make public your personal information except to provide the Service.

Direct Communication. Whenever you send us an email, call us, or communicate with us in any way, we may choose to collect information about your communication and any information you provide.

Messages and Form Responses: We collect and store the information that we ask you for in various, optional forms and surveys. These forms and surveys are a platform for you to communicate your needs to us, and they will be used to help us create a better space and community for you.

Payment information: In order to use the Services, you will be asked to provide certain financial information so that you can be charged for the Services that you have purchased. Your financial information will be collected and retained by a third party processor that we have engaged to handle our financial transactions, and we will not have access to your financial information.

Information we automatically collect

Browser and Device Information. Whenever you interact with the Site, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Site, the page or feature you requested, and the page you viewed or engaged with before or after using the Services. “Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people.  

Google Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics to collect information about your use of the Services. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve the Services. This means that Google Analytics may be provided with some of your de-identified personal information. Third Party Cookies. If you click on a link to a third party website or service, a third party may transmit cookies to you. This Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we aren’t responsible for their privacy policies and practices.  

COPPA Compliance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from a person under the age of 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
